Privacy Policy

This policy explains in simple terms how LB Group 75 LLC handles information collected through lbgroup75.com.

Last updated: October 2026

This website is operated by LB Group 75 LLC (“LB Group 75,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to the practices described below. This page is a general business policy and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, such as:

  • Contact form information — your name, email address, company name, service interest, and message.
  • Email communication — the content of messages you send to our business email addresses.
  • Business communication — details you share while discussing or carrying out a project with us.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and administer services, send project-related and billing communications, and maintain business records. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

Contact form and email

The contact form on this site is processed by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) and delivered to us for the purpose of replying to you. Email is not always encrypted, so please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand in aggregate how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and from what type of device). Analytics is optional. It is switched off by default, and we only load it and set analytics cookies if you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner.

Cookies set after consent: _ga and _ga_* (distinguish visitors and sessions; retained for up to two years).

Data collected through Google Analytics: pseudonymous identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, and referral source.

We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Advertising-related consent signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are always denied.

With the same consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity (a behavior analytics service provided by Microsoft) to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve it. Clarity records interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse and touch movement, pages viewed, and device and browser information, and presents it as session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity masks sensitive form input by default, and we do not use it to identify you. It sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Clarity is not loaded unless you choose “Accept”; if you withdraw consent it stops and its cookies are removed.

Before you choose, or if you choose “Reject”, no analytics cookies are set and neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key lb_consent) so we can remember it. This is not used for tracking.

Google and Microsoft may process analytics data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards each describes in its own terms and privacy statement. Legal basis for analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: . You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our business (such as email hosting), when required by law, or with your permission.

Data retention and security

We keep business communications for as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to or restrict its use, by contacting us at the email below. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
